North Zone chapter of Urological Society of India

Thank you for your interest in becoming a NZUSI member.Before you proceed, please look into the following.

Only full members of the parent body, USI, are eligible to become full members of Zonal Chapters.

Full members of other zones can become associate members of North Zone. A member cannot be a full member of two different zones. Only life membership is accepted.

Please send in the soft copies of the below documents to nzusioffice@gmail.com if paying online or the hard copies to the NZUSI Office (address mentioned in the contact us page).

Copies of degrees including the last degree

Deposit slip and copy of the cheque / DD if paid by cheque/DD

Online receipt if paid online.
