Newer combos in market for LUTS

This months edition of rapid review discusses the pharmacological properties, doses, efficacy, adverse events, contraindications and other relevant data about the 2 fixed dose LUTS medications combined and recently introduced in the market. One is alfuzosin + tadalafil, a fixed dose combination available as alfuzocin 10mg and tadalafil 2.5mg and 5 mg and the other is silodosin + mirabegron, a fixed dose combination available as silodosin 8mg and mirabegron 25mg and 50 mg. The article discusses the efficacy of both the combinations over the single drug and anticipated adverse events and contraindications. It also discusses why alternate combinations are not available and preferably not be used as self made combinations.
